Shaguar
Designed for Fluevog's FW18 collection, the Shaguar took inspiration from Vivienne Westwood's "Animal Toe" shoes and pushed the silhouette and toe ridges to a more exaggerated, claw-like shape. The sculptural heel mirrors the sharp ridges of the toe. The forms also reference John Fluevog's 1960s Jaguar E-Type convertible that he also named, the "Shaguar".
The shoe features a 3D sculpted ABS heel with matte painted finish, an internal ABS platform that exaggerates the shape of the last, a laser-etched Tunite sole, and custom graphic embossed TPU heel lift.
Made in Portugal.

Design Innovation: Toe puff is an extra-rigid, thermally set material to retain the sharp ridges on the last and the same shape is continued on the front of the platform.
