The Oakridge Presentation Centre is Westbank's main sales centre for the Oakridge Park Development in Vancouver, BC. Oakridge Park is the largest development under construction in Metro Vancouver. The impressive development features 3,500 new homes in 14 towers.
I provided concept development and design management support for multiple aspects of the centre including: an outdoor floral art installation, a video-gallery/dance performance space, and various interior fixtures.
All aspects were designed to work in harmony with Westbank’s collaboration with artist, Azuma Makoto and the brand identity of Oakridge Park. The vision for the space was a return to optimism, a rebirth of life, and co-existing with nature. A combination of eastern aesthetics, luxurious materials, and modern technology seamlessly blend together to create a dynamic space that showcases the groundbreaking development.
